"Superb"
The location is a minute or two from Napoli Centrale, important because we arrived by train. Also it is not far to walk into the old part of the city. It was also very clean but for one small issue.

The staff were very helpful and friendly, the room was large and comfortable. Good breakfast and access to a roof terrace. Close to central station, so very convenient for a day trip to Pompeii etc.

Five Rooms was a wonderful place to stay. It is a two minute walk from Napoli Centrale/Garibaldi station, so it was very convenient for us as we arrived from Rome by train and as we took the train to Pompeii the next day. We worried that the area around the station would be too seedy but actually found the neighborhood quite comfortable, with several good restaurants nearby. The best surprise was that the Centro Storico was within a ten minute walk, which we did in both daytime and night and felt perfectly safe. Additionally, the property is clean and comfortable. There is a lovely outdoor terrace for having a drink and enjoying the bustle of the city. The property has a lift, though it is accessed by about eight steps, so not for those who can't carry a bag up half a flight of stairs. Our hostess, one of the owners, even offered to post our postcards for us, as we struggled to find stamps. 10/10 great stay. I would recommend this to anyone visiting Naples, whether for a short or long time, especially if you have train travel. Such a pleasant stay.

I liked that it was very clean, felt comfortable and safe within the building, and was close to the main transition which was convenient for us. They had a nice balcony to lounge on. And had a good breakfast.

Pza Garabelli is a very good location in tems of convenience with train, bus, and metro connections right there. Shutttle from and to airport is right thre and 5 rooms is in the square.

Wonderful stay. Great communication with Alfredo. Our flight to Napoli was delayed and we didnt check in until 12.30am. Alfredo stayed up to check us in which was greatly appreciated. The room was clean, very comfortable bed and pillows and great shower. Breakfast was continental and just right. The alfresco terrace area provided relaxation and great views. We only stayed the night and Alfredo gave us a late check out whilst we waited for our transportation. Again, grratly appreciated. Our only regret was that we only stayed one night. Highly recommend The Five Rooms for your stay in Napoli. We will definitely stay again and for a little longer next time. Thank you again Alfredo. You are a wonderful host.

Excellent service from the owner. The hotel is located on the fourth floor, renovated as new, clean and pleasant. The location is excellent, near the train station, an avenue of restaurants open in the evening

Firstly Alfredo is exceptional! He is a measure to deal with and is happy to assist with anything you need. The B&B itself is very lovely & very clean. A 2 minute walk to the train station which is great if you're wanting to travel to Pompei.
